Jogmai Khola Small Hydroelectric Project (JKSHEP) is located in Suryodaya Municipality and Maijogmai Rural Municipality of Ilam District in the Eastern Development Region of Nepal.
The feasibility study on the project was completed in November 2012. Likewise, the Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) Report on the project was prepared and the same had been approved by the Ministry of Energy on 2069/8/7. Likewise, Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) was concluded with Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) on 2069/8/7 and the Generation License for the construction of the JKSHEP (Generation License no. B.B.B. 069/70 86 B. U.) has been awarded to Sanvi Energy Pvt. Ltd. on 2070/1/10.

Progress Updates
Entire construction and installation/erection work of the project has already been completed. After successful completion of both dry and wet testing and commissioning, project concluded COD on May 01, 2017. After the COD, plant is continuously generating energy without any major trouble.
